So last weekend I strained a tendon in my foot.  The pain existed from my outside ankle across my foot to my big toe.  Not quite all the way to the toe, but imagine a rubber band from your big toe to your outside ankle, and you get the idea.  It was only when I pulled on it that it hurt.  Since then I've been able to walk fine, with no pain.  yesterday I did a quick little vault over a bar, and a couple minutes later the pain returned.  So my question is this, what exercises can I focus on my feet first to rehabilitate, and second to strengthen to prevent this injury again?

Thanks for your help!

Rest and ice after any use. Avoid pain.

Strains and pulls take time to pull. After it's recovered, conditioning exercises like stuff from the titanium ankles thread.
