Hey as you may no I'm sick again and it sucks, I feel liek I'm starting to get lazy and I need some drils to do that wont take to much out of me since I'll be fighting the same sickness for the second time, exercise is a definate and I'm gonna try to practice my handstands but if anyone else has some balance and other helpful drills most apreciatted

If you're sick, you should rest, and if you continue to get sick you should look at your recovery between activities (sleep, diet, down-time) as well as any lifestyle factors that could be leading to the recurrence. Stress is a big factor here, so if that's a problem, trying to chill out a bit (which seems like an issue for you) would help a lot. This includes my tip in the insomnia thread you started about circadian rhythms in the winter/summer months.
