I can do a backflip on a cushy cheese thing at the gym.  I can do a frontflip at the gym.  When I go out on the grass, I can't seem to get myself to throw my body up and simply do it.  Any tips?

And yes, this ACTUALLY works. I conducted it on people needing help with backflips, frontflips, and wall spins, and ALL of them had the move down after this.

The more you do a movement the more comfortable you are going to be with it, so I say practice the hell out of it till you got it down pat, and then just take it outside with a spot in the grass or something.

It took me a long time to get comfortable with back tucks, just randomly throwing them wherever. Repetition is key.
