Parkour is great in New Orleans. There are some buetiful spots. Especially in the older area's. Because it's such an old town, theres alot of old fancy brick stuff. And around the rivers, and lakes, there's alot of big railed area's. But it is spread out. Also you are not the only traceur in N.O.

yea pk has effected people in all kinds of ways. Especially with me. I was in a state of depression with my dad's cancer and my girl and all kinds of things. Pk help me get out of that state. Helps me forget about the pain and suffering of my life and just lets me be free. Lets us be who we really are.
When im out training. My mind is just on me, My technique, how i want to better myself. Nothing else matter. i love it!!
