Hey! Thought I'd throw a brief intro on here as well. I discovered "freerunning" a few years back, and while it struck me as something I'd love to do, I've always been a bit queasy about lofting myself into the atmosphere with my head below my feet, and decided that was something to do once I got in shape. I just sort of rediscovered the art as parkour, and I realized that it's something I did just a few weeks back at Lake Hiyaha. After a bit of research on the philosophy of the original French interpretation, I'd like to get into it!

Trouble is, I haven't lived hear long enough to establish myself, which also means I don't have a lot of friends to explore the art with. I'd love to get involved with a local group, and I'm definitely planning on driving down to Denver one of these days to sit in on a meeting or something. If there's anybody here in FTC who would like to hang out some time and maybe show me some spots, I'd sure appreciate it! I can repay you in kindness and companionship; that's all I got to offer!

(Oh, I should also mention...and I don't know if this makes me a total poseur...but I was rereminded about parkour after watching the new episode of The Office last night...teehee!  Roll Eyes)
