I used to work at Red Rocks Amphitheater and was always goofing off, didn't even know you guys had actual classes there, haha! I just started training and the COPK vids have been very helpful and entertaining! The 9 news video dropped my jaw because I used to walk around those areas daily and never even thought about that stuff!

...moving back to Colorado (from NYC) Dec. 20th. Looking to get active/healthy and have been attracted to freerunning & parkour for little more than a year.
