hola and welcome to yer first challenge!
these challenges that i will post are standards of performance in various branches of the military, various jobs in each branch, sport specific challenges, maybe a few school athletic records,  and last but not least a few special close to my heart challenges and standards i have been subject to or instilled upon myself.  no matter yer level of fitness or toughness i gurantee that one of these challenges one day will make you crap yer pants tryin and if you feel let down just mail me for more, cause theres always more.

my personal favorite the pararescue indoc qualification test
one of any of the tests or all of them for a real workin

25 meter underwater (apnea swim)
rest no more than five minutes
500 meter freestyle in under 1030
rest no more than 30 minutes
1.5mile run under ten minutes
rest no more than ten minutes
13 pullups or more in under a minute
2 minute rest
2 minute situps 72 or more
2 minute rest
2 minute pushups 72 or more (beat 100 and yer cool in my book)
2 minute rest
2 minute flutter kicks 80 or more

too easy for ya? good.  cut yer rests in half.  still too easy do it nonstop
also the point is tehse are minimums to get into the most difficult training the military has to offer.  as a pj i went through far crappier.  and someday soon youll hear some of the fun stuff.

Cool. Without all the long rests, that sounds like a challenge from http://www.crossfit.com. I'll have to try that once I have access to the pool again! Cheesy

I can't really swim all that well so the 500m freestyle would probably demolish me Cheesy
