no offense taken. i know..it does get a little boring, but its because of the fact that it rained for three days before that. so our footage was limited because we didnt want to slip.
standing back tuck = rukus has it down...working on ape.
quick question, howd u guys like the back full? idk if i got it right or not...but i learned it by mtyself so i want to know any kind of criticism and everything...

ok. i was just watching a vid of someone that has been practicing for around two years...and no offense to anyone...but we started about three mnths ago. i was kind of expecting someone to tell the guy (that can barely kong) who has been training for 2 yrs that he needs to work on something...but no...he gets credit on all of everything he does. and then weve been doing this for 3 mnths...and were getting major criticism...just thought that you might want to know that...

Sounds like somebody has a large ego. Look i don't know if anybody told you but parkour isn't about comparing yourself to other people. Its about getting better then yourself. Just because you can do something easier it doesn't matter. Simma down now, simma down.

Ahh I love how Sat's got all this crazy shit like gainer's, wallflips, and some nice ass frontflips, but no back tuck. Ah well.
I think one of the problem's you're having with the backflips is arching your back. You want to keep your eyes fixed on on something just above your regular eye level. Don't move your head to look at your feet, or back behind you, just keep them forward. At the height of your jump, lean back, not arch, lean, and tuck and you should make it.
