Hey everyone. Well, while training the other day (Thursday, December 21st) I screwed up on one of my landings, and I had to roll, or break an ankle, so I rolled, but I rolled harder than I intended (rolled and twisted slightly more than needed) and I ended up breaking one of my lower left ribs. So, i'll be out for a couple weeks. The pain only lasts for a few days (have broken ribs before) so I should and will be ok. Still sucks, though.
