i've seen a lot of posts by you recently. the posts are either suggestions on techniques, or explanations of your injuries, sometimes due to those same techniques.
i suggest you condition as best you can, and stick to training ground level techniques. it's very easy to get carried away when you start off, going big when you arent ready. i know alot of people that have made this same mistake, and have payed for it in the long and short term.
performing advanced techniques can be strenuous on your body, and proper conditioning is necessary to prepare your body for this stress.
as far as this specific injury is concerned, i would suggest laying off rolls. you can still train and condition.
