just yesterday i was sledding and took a tumble
messed up my ankle real good
cant walk, cant go to school Grin, cant do any thing
have not hit the hospital but if dosnt start to get better tomorrow  i will
any suggestions to keep my from going to the hospital???

If its that bad go seak profisional help.  And then if its just a sprained ankel or something you will know later on.  Undecided

RICE.

Especially with the compression and elevation. This will help tons. The ice is very good for increasing healing speed especially after any light work (stretching and whatnot) that you should be doing anyway. I've been doing all of the above for mine and it has been going well.

but if he compesses it wile its broken with out mecical placement tho that would be realy bad.

its a fracture
and i got a little piece of bone floating around
and they might want to take it out
so no parkour, or free running for some time Cry
but on the good side i got crutches
