any other tracuers out there have it??? it's when your growth plate splits open and your heel drives trough it...or your tendons get really tight around your heel...if you do have it leave some advice for me on how to not feel the pain...all i do right now is wear gel soles and take some ibeuprophen(advil)

i was diagnosed with it in 8th grade. i had achilles tendinitis back then but it cleared up and i havent had it since. i have always had very tight achilles from it through. for example, i cant keep my heels on the ground when i do squats.

ok thanks...my docter said that it shouldn't leave any long term damage...and yea i am in the 8th grade so about how long did it take to clean up?

i dont really remember, sorry. as for long term damage, no. long term lack of flexibility, yes. at least thats how its ended up for me. if i were you, i would stretch them religiously in order to preserve some flexibility as it is very hard to get any of it back once you get older and stop growing.

Atleast there is hope because aren't you relativaly good at PK? i mean aren't you the "demon" people refer to and the "demon" that does the tutorials and the "demon's workouts"

No hes not good at all but yes he does do all those aforementioned things. Grin  I'm just kidding yes Ryan(demon) is a beast.
