That is Sara D Roosevelt Park in Chinatown, New York City. that was a video shoot for College Sports TV, featuring the Tribe, with special guest PerfectionsDisciple. Andrew from CSTV is one of the coolest guys we've ever worked with!

DC has it's own mmini version of that park, check out "Dispersion" when Leon does a huge kong and Skipper does an underbar. It's harder to see because all of the objects are wood colored and not Crayolo covered, but it's a similar construction on a smaller scale. That's in Silver Spring, MD about 4 train stops from DC.

Another way to tell the difference os by asking your self this question

Are there asian children EVERYWHERE?

If the answer is yes, then chances are that you're in NYC, not DC.
