This is a great video. It helped me out alot. It allowed me some insights, and with some minor adjusting of my training scheldule i think it may increase the speed at which i improve. Thanks.

Put simply dogen's videos are the shit
I have watched each one and they have helped my pk soooo much (not to mention my Gymnastics/tricking)
This one I thought was really good. Its a really easy concept to understand and can really apply to anything.
