i hate gloves altho what have taken a liking to in the winter are knit gloves with rubber paint across the palms.

what i do is take some gloves, cut off the fingers, and then put a streak of rubber paint across the palms for grip, so with these gloves i can get a bit of warmth and still train effectively.

i use them regularly now, and they work pretty well.

I wouldn't see why not, the only problem I have with it is the fact that breathing can hurt sometimes and any injuries just hurt a lot more.
