Yeah you can train in the winter. Parkour is learning to adapt to your environment no matter the condition. If you were being chased in the winter would you ask the chaser if they could wait till spring? Train in the winter, just be careful, know your limits. The movements will be different because its more slippery.

But the most important thing, have fun, its winter yay!

It might be harder to train in the winter if there is snow on the ground, but unless your trying to run in three feet of snow, keep training. I've started to build different things from the training tools section on the front page, so that if there is too much snow on the ground, I can go to an indoor or covered area and still train.

I think training in the snow is fun. The snow acts as a giant crash mat. Just make sure to dress warm.

man i absolutely love winter training, you can really have fun with  your limits cause you can jump off things like 5ft higher than your max, and just not care cause of the snow. and also i find the snow VERY awesome for practicing flips, and yes while flips are not parkour, lets face it, they're just plain fun to do, and the snow really helps with practicing them, its like having a bunch of gym mats in your back yard

well hopefully you're not falling onto snow thats only like 6in deep, otherwise everything i said doesn't apply, for what im tlaking about you need at least over a foot i'd say.

Training doesn't always encompass drilling techs or going on runs.  Running a mile in three feet of snow is good way of pumping up the cardio.

start training with out gloves now
winter training in gloves can be a pain in the ass
you have to make shure your hands don't sweat all to much
because if they do its realy easy to get frostbite

I never train with gloves in any conditions. Thats why I didn't want anyone to suggest the use of themwith my problem.
