I've seen videos (and a Jackie Chan movie) where one jumps into a wall, then kicks off of it into another, then back into the first wall, and repeats this until they gain their required height.  Is this some form of an advanced Tic-Tac?

Well, simply, yes.

However... the word "tic-tac" does not own this definition.  "Tic-tac" is just a word made up by people who do parkour/or some other people probably.  It's just the act of using your momentum, and power to rebound off the walls repeaditly.
