This is "Parkour and Freerunning"? Usually the mods are so strict about this sort of thing.

My promise for the month: three sets of handstand pushups (upto 5 reps now...) I keep having these dreams that I'm falling. The strange thing is, when I wake up, They keep coming true.

I'm mixed. The really LONG esclators in the DC Metros that just stretch on endlessly are really annoying. I've WALKED those esclators and needed to take a break in the middle and just ride it because they're four times the length of a normal esclator.
Those things are scary! They just stretch on and on and on for infinity...

akh ive done the 2 step deal and by the end you are so focussed on not tripping, and you get soooo tired and think youre at the top, you look up and realize that you are only 3/4 of the way up, its crrazy.

there is a set of stairs I used to run in Jersey City, basically the same thing, a huge escalator, if you take the stairs, it's 8 flights. My record was 24 seconds, two stairs at a time.

LoL. It was posted by a moderator, infact, it was THE moderator. Hence the irony. Moderators shouldn't crack down on others without exibiting the same discipline themselves. To do otherwise causes people like me to lose a great deal of respect for them.
