Don't feel bad, bob. Not all of us had daddys that could send us to gymnastics lessons. You are gonna run across people who have been dealing with PK in indirect forms (like gymnastics) all their lives and it will come easily to them.  Just work with the hand you were delt and train PK harder than they do.

Not from parkour, I think it was on a GMC commercial but fits really well:

"Amateurs train until they get it right.  Professionals train until they can't get it wrong".

"Those chicks are HOT! Lets go do some flips!" -- reluctantly me....

"No! Big is not important!" Seb Foucan
I like this one because a lot of times we think we get better because we can jump farther, jump off higher things, etc but sometimes the simplest smallest movements are often the most important.

I'm looking for the specific wording of a quote, someone important said something about all the internet bullshit just being bullshit, and it was so poetic and perfect, but I can't remember the exact wording.

Anyone know of it?

something like from the book "Don't sweat the small stuff" by Richard Carlson
2 Rules:

1) Don't sweat the small stuff.
2) Everything is small stuff.

Something I tell people that have other things to do when it is time for a jam:

You got a job? Quit.
You got a girl? Dump her.
You got homework? Ha.
You got a new life now.
Now, you on that Parkour shit.

Became an inside joke for members of NCPK.
