In a matter of days, I will begin the rigorous journey to the recovery and rehabilitation of my extensive ankle injury. I will hopefully start my PT this week, and I have decided to document it all on video. My plan is to film the struggles and progressions, and at the end of it all, put it together for all to see. My goal is to beat the odds that are stacked agaisnt me and prove that; like any other obsticle, this one CAN and WILL be gotten over! And, as of right now I plan to be back by, or before the one year mark of my injury (July 10th, 2006). There are however no guarantees that I will make a full recovery, and there are still many things that could go wrong within the next couple of months. But like I said, in some way, shape, or form I WILL be back practicing PK within a year. I have set the bar high for myself and I am bound and determined to take this on full force to come back mentally and physically stronger. I am hoping to have the video finished next summer for you all to see! Expect to hear more from me as time goes by! Train hard, and train safe!
