This month is a handy little drill for underbars. I taught myself really slick underbars using this method and still practice this every once in a while. It is such an easy drill to do and will have you doing tight underbars in no time. So go try it out and be sure to leave a comment here about how it went.

Click the link below for the drill of November.

... can't believe I didn't think of that ...  Embarrassed

Awesome though! I can't wait to try it!

In the vid it looks like you're clipping against the tape in the last two, is that your head, your back, or my imagination?

Dude, what a great idea. I love stuff like this b/c it's using what you have in a new and better way... much like Parkour in general!

Another thing along these lines is to put bars or baby gates in some doorways of your home. That way you can practice vaults while just walking from room to room. I have a pet rabbit, and use baby gates to keep her out of certain rooms, so I practice jumps that way.

yes I do brush my back against the tape in the video clips. but only because i am pushing myself to get through as small of a space as I can. Tongue also, when doing underbars outside, its not the end of the world if you hit the object a tiny bit. your momentum will carry you through regardless.

Apart from the UNBELIEVABLY corny title, this is some good stuff. If I didn't have so much scaffolding around my training areas, I would definately do that!  Grin
