You probably just focused on one thing and forgot the other parts. Backflips are just a co-ordination of a bunch of different parts of your body and if you don't use just one of them it might end in disaster.

Yeah uploading a video will definitely help. Just try to get it from two different angles like the front and side would be best.

Oh wow yeah your standing backflip which instead of being a backtuck its a backchuck (inside joke) anyway you don't set up at all you just whip your head backwards. for your frontflips you need to be blocking and tucking more also actually jumping up instead of forwards, obviously I can't give you shit for advice on your baranis

If you want I'll show you a video of what happens with me if I throw back as hard as I can or if I rotate as hard as I can doing a backtuck.
