What are some good conditioning....things.... for your core. I know L sits and its variations are, but I cant do an L sit. So what are some good things to start out on.

V-sit, plank, side planks, leg lifts, ab wheel, more V-sits, and bicycle, just to name a few.

Yeah, because V-sits are SO much easier than L-sits... They are to me... I can hold an L-sit, what, for like 20 - 30 seconds max? I can hold a V-sit for like 2 - 3 minutes max. Huge difference O.o With the V-sit though, you can bend your legs so they're easier.

I don't think you'er supposed to bend your knees on V-Sits...

People tend to have differing definitions of v-sit. Some people call this a v-sit, and others call this a v-sit. I think that was the misunderstanding in this case.

Well of course not, I'm just saying it makes them easier for those people that can't do it with their legs straight.

There was a topic recently posted about this. That's what the search bar is for

If you bend your legs to V-sit it's not a V-sit. It's a tuck. Of course you can hold a tuck longer than an L-sit.
I don't think anyone can hold a V-sit longer than an L-sit.

To make things clear, this is what I consider the V-sit: And the L-sit: That being established, I can hold the V-sit longer than the L-sit.

This is the sort of silliness that ensues when you don't use the search function.
Search this page for the diatribes and lectures on core exercises, please.

THIS is a V-sit: Except with straight legs. What you posted... that's not even a position that's named. Oh, and I didn't lock the thread.
