It's great to see you're still working on stuff with the injury... When I broke my hand I also practiced one-handed stands and just changed my training focus for a little bit.

I was just thinking in class the other day what it would be like to break a limb or even have one amputated. And while I'm sure it would be an extremely difficult loss, I'm confident that if it happened I'd keep training, simply switching my focus (to handstands, bar work, upper body stuff it it was my leg, or to precisions, one handed vaults and cats, and lower body/ core strength if it was my arm).

Being a traceur means being able to adapt, even if it's to your own body. Keep it up man, and while I'm glad to see you're using the injury to your advantage, I hope you heal quickly

Nice, just be careful if you've never done one-arm handstands before, as it's a lot of weight to put on one arm.
