And I'm so doing the stairs next year whether we all go there or not.

I did about 100m of push-up QM today.  Stuff is crazy, I want to implement some stair stuff too Cheesy.  (And omg Chris you're such a stud.)

MAN!
I wish I knew Primal was down there when I was stationed at Ft. Meade. Sadly, I didn't learn about it 'til I move back up to Pa.

Yeah QM for distance is killer. We had a Gunny who made us QM all over the place. pretty much daily. Usually the bear crawl at that.

For anyone not familiar with the stairs:

That isn't me or someone i know - i got it from google images.  I made it to the last platform without stopping -- Jesse Danger from NYC made it all the way to the top no breaks.

Beast coast was so fun. We need to reverse QM it again.

Mwahahahaha... I want to make Beast Coast this year!

Has anyone ever reverse cat-crawled that rail?  Steve/Chris have you guys ever reverse cat-crawled stair rails?  F-in' hard!  Haven't done it since UCLA a couple months ago... but I'm fairly sure I could still do it.  Don't know how long of a rail I can manage.
