Your roll is very forward-oriented. Have you tried to roll on concrete or so? because with that roll, you could hurt your spine.
And your flow will get better when you practice more and more. Smiley

Your roll does look a little weird but it looks like you're rolling from the shoulder to opposite hip which is good. And if it doesn't hurt when you roll over concrete then your roll should be fine. But yeah, it was a nice vid showing one of your training sessions I liked it.

I think you should really work on your roll,    it seems smooth, but it looks like it'll do damage over time,    and i think you should spend more time training than on the APK forums, not insulting or attacking,    im just offering in my opinion realistic advice to help you become the best that you can be,
I also think you should work more vaults,      Keep us posted on your progress, especially if you make another vid.

For when you were trying to drop down from the slide into the precision, and the precision you do later, jump up. It seems counter-intuitive, but you have to jump up on precisions. Once you get better at them, then you can start doing less of a vertical motion in situations that require you to, but until then, don't forget to jump up. Here, let Ozzi help you out.

Yep, definitely work on that roll.

And I wouldn't suggest taking so many drops until you're stronger.

Cheers!
