Good quick article. Yeah, we really do need some comprehensive training and conditioning to do what we do. We need springy, strong legs, arms and back powerful enough to lift our whole bodies, a core that can handle the excessive twisting forces, and lung/heart power to keep that going at max effort for extended periods of time.

Makes me feel like Superman haha. Tongue
