I like the presentation its nice to see something that is trying to honestly capture a class and the live sound is great. The clip is not particular interesting though, the movement is not inspiring, and the coaching is nothing exceptional there is no real insight. When you watch a master coach teach what they do you usually come away with slightly different understanding slightly deeper I don't see that here.

I don't know Rafe, it seemed pretty decent to me.
Besides, they state so in the description itself that it is just a regular coaching session, nothing spectacular or exceptional.

I think this is brilliant. How much of parkour is represented in those inspiring, huge, fast, or beautiful videos? Nearly none? Those videos are the sum total of weeks and years of "uninteresting" training. To me this is the real parkour community. How many of us honestly learned from an inspiring "Master Coach"? Now how many of us learned from maybe a small group that was marginally better than us, and in turn went on to teach those marginally less experienced than us?

I think the fact that this is "nothing exceptional" is the whole point. We are largely, by definition, not exceptional. I relish the times I get to train with my friends, with travelers, and with traceurs on their home turf. I've been doing this for nearly 5 years now and THAT VIDEO is my true experience of parkour. And its times like those that have my heart.

Man, I wish I got people around me to do those.

Quick question: I've been told that finger push-ups are good for nothing but showing off. If so, why do those peeps in the video do them??
