Hey , I've been training for a good several years now, but the one problem I've had is How hell the hell are you supposed to go about making a vid, I mean I've never gotten to making one before and just to start with it's a pretty daunting task from my perspective.

Any advice or helpful nudges or hints in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Smiley

Get a nice quality camera and have people run beside you to get a feel for the action Smiley

pull a Nike and "Just Do It", advice would be have a good quality camera, a steady tripod or camera man, and good lighting. Other than that I would have to say don't be discouraged if it doesn't turn out as good as you would like, no one ever puts out the most amazing video ever on their first try =)
