This is a clip to try and spark interest into parkour with some of my friends.  We are also trying to build support to make our group an official club at our school.  I hope you like it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSYsUxggZ-4

not too shabby

though im sure a lot of people are going to be saying "flips arent parkour!!!!!" so i would suggest adding in some vaults or maybe wall runs?

also at the end the music cuts out weird, you should try to make it fade out a bit

Pretty much this... don't "advertise for parkour" and then show something else. There's enough confusion out there already...  Wink

Nice though. That was pretty intense.

I'm going to go with the rest of the comments, showing a high flip and advertising parkour don't really mix. I did however enjoy watching the flip.

Hmm.. i dont feel that this will get people interested in Parkour.. maybe a 40 second video with some nice lines would be a lot more effective, everyone else already pointed out the PK vid with the flip.. so i thought id give you a new idea

Thanks for the replies, I know flips are not a part of parkour so my next vid will be more to the point. I just wanted to throw that clip out there for my friend and thought an ad wouldnt be a bad use of it.

I would make sure to work on your bases before flipping of something that high bro. That was shady and scary.

Two things here, both of which have already been said:
1) You're advertising the wrong way; you're saying "parkour" and doing a flip, and you're showing something dangerous for a club at school.
2) That was actually a pretty lousy flip. Can you even do a good one on flat ground?

Well we are an unofficial club since our school probably won't support a parkour one.  As for the flip... Thats my friend and yes, he can land it on the ground.  He just has bad form while doing it.

That's somewhat good to know, but he shouldn't do any flips, ESPECIALLY from height, until he can do them with perfect form.

haha yea all these comments are extremely true.  And the video is of me doing a back flip.  I was just getting the balls enough to do it.  It is much prettier now than then.  I go straight and its not sketch, we shouldhave a newer better video to show soon enough
