Hey, I started practicing my rolls today in my backyard, and whenever i rolled, it hurt very badly. I'm new to Parkour, so i don't know if it's supposed to hurt.

It is not supposed to hurt, especially on grass, but don't be discouraged. It takes a long time to get a comfortable roll.

Try using the search function to find other roll threads that may help you. Wink

its not susposed to hurt when you roll on any surface technicly. make sure you are going from sholder to opposite hip. try starting out on your knees?
