Moving against the system

Goals:
Rep. - 30 Precisions every other day
        - 40 Push Ups every other day
         - 30 L-Sits every other day     

Practice - Muscle Ups at least 10 every other day
            - Splitfoot Kong
             - Landings [Reduce noise]
              - Rolls
               - Handstands

Decent enough goals... cept that bit about the crunches, you would be better off working L-sits (Crunches dont train the core for what the core's function is, which is stability. Crunches are just a waste of your time. Spend the time it takes you to do 180 crunches doing L-sits, and you will be MUCH better off.
