It isn't fancy and I am not really that good. But, I thought I might as well share them to get opinions and feedback.

i think you are doin pretty good dude, there is only one thing i think you need to work on, your vert wall runs/muscle ups. you have the right technique for them but you need to keep training for speeding them up by doing dips and using your triceps more. BTW i like your car kong, i to pull off the car kong and people think i am a god or something its funny. keep up the training and work towards it, i can tell your putting forward the effort of a true traceur!!!

Peace

Thanks a lot. I have improved since those videos but, I still do think I need to practice those muscle-ups.
I looked at 'Demon Drills' and I will start a specific training schedule.

Please don't take large drops, they will destroy your joints.

Other than that it looks good!

That makes sense. I'll stay away from drops higher than me.
Thanks.

As tall as you may still cause some damage. I say don't jump off of anything you can't jump onto. Work on your landings, as well. Remember, land on the balls of your feet, as quietly as possible, (some of your landings seemed really loud, and noise is wasted energy that shocks your joints) and don't bend your knees past 90 degrees.

Understood. I have been working on quieter landings and it has been going good so far. Thanks for the advice.

I only watched your improvement vid but I enjoyed it. Two things, work on chaining moves together to improve your flow. And secondly is, when you're kong vaulting objects that aren't super high, use the split foot kong technique. It gives you so much more momentum, allows you to flow over rails like water, and can definitely improve post kong distance. This is something I recommend everybody to learn with both feet.

I heard landing past 90˚ isn't bad for you, to me it seems better because by going further down more impact goes away and doesn't stay. Plus I think it hurts more if you stay at 90˚, it sounds more of a landing squat than a landing.

Landing past 90º would actually put more pressure on your joints. There is no 'cushioning' when landing. Also, if your legs are bent to much such as 10-20º there is no forward momentum to keep running.

rolls got better from 1st vid... much cleaner.  good job man... although a lot of those bigger drops you could've added in a roll to cushion more.

Thanks.
I should but, sometimes I choke up because at the time it is easier to just land, you know.
I have been working more on the rolls and experimenting with landings.
