hey, whenever I run, I last for about 10 seconds before I have to stop. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to increase your stamina?

Depends what you are wanting to run; sprints (40m, 100m, 200m, 400m, etc.), 1 mile, 5k, etc.

Well, you should know since your a parkour genius, but i'll share my knowledge.  What i do to keep good stamina and endurance is I go running.  Now, i'm on the Cross Country team so i've built up my stamina.  I suggest that you start by running like 2 miles every other night for a week.  Then do 3, then 4, then 5, etc. each for a week.  You'll start to see major improvement in your stamina.  The catch though with endurance is that you have to be consistent in maintaining it or you will lose it quickly.  There's my 3 cents.
