I created this topic to follow with attention my development in parkour and bla bla...
I started parkour a bit more than a year ago,here is a video about me and my friend:

Here are some of my goals:
-do the kong vault at 0:20
-10 feet broad jump precision
-8 feet 360 precision (visible at 3:14)
-HSPU with straight hands and legs,and be capable to do them on rails
-3x5 pullups with 20lbs (now i can do 3x5 with 12-13lbs)
-one movement climbup
-kong to handstand to further places and on rails (like at 0:59)
-there is a kong to precision,which is 5-6 feet long and where i arrive is higher than where i kong from.I'll take a photo of it.
-yeah,and pass my english exam at 28th of November

That's all for now.It will keep me busy for a while

imho,the pullups with 20lbs are pretty related to the one movement climb up and i think i'll get them the earliest of my goals.
