Upper Body
-----------
pushups in general. Varies from day to day, regular, tricept, one hand, wide, and so on
pull ups/shin ups - using both bars and areas that are close to each other I can place a hand on one and the other and perform a
'nuetral' push up I guess.
verticle pushups - hand stand, lower and raise until fatigued. Love this, although I do get a little dizzy at times, so might need to be a bit careful Tongue

Lower Body
-----------
sit ups, crunches, lift myself off the ground, and without swinging lift my legs together creating a 90 degree angle, eyes facing forward and toes poiting up, bottom of my feet facing forward, if you can imagine that.

Eating/diet
-----------
Whatever is for dinner haha. Mainly basic proteins, fruits and vegtables, dairies and breads, generally nothing packaged.
Energy drinks - I dont generally go for these, and honestly dont feel any difference, only bloating, but I do want to try out the 5 hour energy shot one day. Protein shakes are nice, although very rish in taste, so might need to reevaluate what I buy.
