This will be a list of all the open gyms in Omaha (I personally attend all of them....because I have no social life) WednesdayNebraska All Star Tigers ( http://www.neall-startigers.com/index.php) -6pm to 7pm -5$ for admission *waiver required can can found on website* -I am usually they only guy there.....please go to it  Friday Premier Gymnastics ( http://www.premier-gymnastics.com/) -7pm to 8:30pm -9$ for admission *no waiver required* -Lots of people attend and is usually very fun Saturday *not open during the summer* Elite cheer ( http://www.elitecheer.com/) -1pm to 2:30pm -5$ admission *waiver must be signed with parent present first time you attend* -Lots of people and is always a blasty blast  |

weak sauce. i probably wont make it... work stuff... but i will go on fri or saturday for sure. ive only been training for two weeks  . i can do monkey vaults and speed/reverse vaults and i have some martial arts rolling skillz but thats it. give me a few weeks and ill get it im 19, i do airforce intel at offutt, and i have a car so if anyone needs a ride in the future i can help out too. 660-441-2079. |

Do people still go to these every week? Because a couple of my friends and I are very interested in practicing parkour (even though none of us have any experience), if we went to any of these open gym would the people there be able to help us out and get us on our way?

Rockwell- I'm transferring to school in NE in August, and I'm scouting gyms. Whereabouts in Omaha is Elite Cheer? I got a street address from the website, but I'm unfamiliar with the intricacies of NE and I figured those of you who live in the area could give me a better perspective than mapquest. Rockwell do you have an email? I'm an out of state college student living in Blair, Nebraska. I'm from Arizona where my brother and I love to do parkour and I am really trying to get into the ways of free running too. Is there anywhere in Omaha where people might be meeting up to train or just have fun freestyling and might be willing to help teach some things?
