What are your goals?
Um... i havent really made much of a list but i guess some would be...
Extend the range of my precisions
Land 5 perfect precisions (only 5 ft)
Improve my rolls so it doesnt hurt at all anymore
Be able to hold a handstand for more than 5 seconds
Make my transition from landing to running more fluid. (not that great right now. Land, Stumble, Run

)

Nov. 23, 2009Finally got back out there to train. Havent done much besides the occasional vault/wallrun/palmspin for fun.
Trained for about an hour and a half. Tried a one handed reverse vault and it worked pretty good. drilled precisions for quite a while till it started to aggravate my groin again... Tried to do as many different movements as i could on a pair of rails. After all that, i went for a short run. And now, i have ice on both sides of my groin

Ohhh yea. And i did 60 pushups in 2 mins at PS
