I figured id start one of these since im starting to train more seriously this month.

A little background: I live outside of a very small town in the woods. No one to train with yet. I spend half of my day at my school and then go for the other half of my day at a Police Science program. Every Tuesday and Thursday is workout day at PS so usually no parkour on those days.

Morning: Practiced handstands, QM around the house. Resisted the urge to palmspin a freezer at the grocery store Tongue

Afternoon: 30 mins of woodland Parkour. Underbar on branches, Tictacs on trees, vaults over dog box, ect. Practiced more handstands (still cant get balance...). Steeler game Grin

Whew. Trained for 2 and a half hours at a park behind my old elementary school.

My kongs have definitely improved. So have my reverse vaults. more fluid and can go farther.
Also worked on my lefty lazy/thief vaults and my palmspins. I also tried out some kind of protein drink while i was training. Pretty tasty.

On the downside i was doing a precision from the ground, over one rail and landing on the next, and my right ankle gave out. Undecided it feels alright now though but im not sure how it will be tomorrow.

I noticed ive been neglecting my rolls... I need to work on those...

Goals: Lefty vaults more natural. Work on rolls.

Been out for a while with my pulled groin, but did some light training tonight.
Short run. Vaults. Got bored and tried out some things i watched in videos last night, like a butterfly kick and a cheat gainer. No face plants, but cant seem to get them right.
My lefty lazys and thiefs are getting better. Almost as good as right handed. Some roll training as well. no pain in grass, but im still afraid to try it on concrete.
