Quick question here. Would it be beneficial or possible to do a front lever than pull yourself up in a front lever position to touch your chest to the bar and lower back down into a regular front lever?

That's about as good as you can get. Getting up any higher will be difficult.

To be doing it in correct form, it would be impossible for the bar to touch your chest. It would go somewhere around your hips. Cheesy
