Yeah actually I was doing SS for about a month and a half about a month and a half ago, but I just hopped back into it yesterday, getting back into my schedule for a movie I'm working on, along with some other people (The writer, director, and one of the head producers all want me in a shirtless scene... so I'm working on making that scene better Cheesy, in addition to what I'm looking for out of SS)

My advice is from knowledge amassed from my own personal studies and research, knowledge i've gained during my time here as a Traceur.

I am not a proffessional, and you cant sue me if you get hurt somehow Cheesy.

This is why i was hesitant to start one of these, I don't update very regularly :/

Anyways:
Nov. 11

50 weakling pushups.  I did weird sets: 5,15,5,10,15.
Planks between sets^
only 10 modified dips.

I've been getting weird tendon stuff in my elbow. it feels like it's slipping strangely over the bone, or it won't support my weight. it's not pain, it's just... weird.  i don't want to stress it out too much.
