Okay.. Maybe i am more of a beginner to these standards. But I do love fitness science and all.. So maybe help me then? Tell me wht I have so much to learn about? Maybe I don't get get insanity workout thing to. But mybe help me? Lol.

As a Parkour practitioner you have to train your eye to see the unseen. No matter what it may be.

Something I do admit though, is watching those who can't see this, freak out if you just cut off mid-sentence and switch to ninja text.

Insanity is basically....cardio with some muscular endurance and some of it could be considered metcon.

Just because it gets you sweaty and you feel tired then sore the next day doesn't necessarily mean it's an effective workout for what you're looking for.
