October 15th
I took it pretty easy. Played some soccer in gym. Did about 50 pushups at random times at home, and did 3 pistols on each leg (Thanks david Sad)

October 16th
6:30-8:30 Open Mat. Really good workout. Another girl came, but she was brand new, so a couple friends and I showed her some simple guard passes and armbars. Then I worked on takedowns and sprawls with a friend and then rolled for like an hour. One guys I rolled with is maaad strong, it was so hard not to get submitted. But we had some pretty sweet scrambles.

4 pistols on each leg.

October 17th
11-1:30 iPK Session. We had a really good session today. We started with some underbars and then QMed up and down the stairs for a warm-up. Then we drilled basic vaults, precisions, and played some lava tag. We ended the session at 1 messing around, doing cool tricks, recording them. I stayed late along with a few others, and Fonzie (Stephan Frisibie) and I worked on some back tuck progression stuff. He had to get on his knees to get his hands low enough of my back to hold me up, hahaaa. I got decently comfortable jumping backwards at a 45* angle.

Right before I left, one of the guys was goofing around and flexing his arms and he was talking about his muscles. So Hannah says, "What muscles?". I don't remember exactly what he said, but I took off my jacket and flexed my own arms. He frowned. Cheesy.

Haha, yea, it was pretty funny.

October 18th
11:40-2:15 I helped out my friend with his Eagle project. He is building two bridges to replace old ones at a local nature center. We carried wood, dug out rocks, and had a lot of fun.
3-5 Wrestling. Ouch. We did some tumbling to warm up, hard drilling, and then we did a ton of top-bottom live wrestling. It was a really good practice, me and my partner wrestled all out the whole time. He's really good, but I finally got an escape during the very last go, haha.

Unfortunately, I hurt my hand somehow halfway through practice. I can't push, pull, or grab anything. I was looking forward to putting in some extra time this week, seeing as the weather will be really nice, but I'm not sure that's gonna be possible, now.

So, I woke up this morning with the worst pain in my foot. It's up towards my toes, under my pinky and...ring toe? No bruising, swelling, anything. It's weird. But I still went to wrestling from 4-5 and BJJ from 7:30-8:30 because I'm an exercise junkie. I wrapped it in an ace bandage to pad it and didn't do a lot of stand-up.

October 20th
Nothing. I was going to go out and train, take advantage of the temporary warm weather, but my foot kept me on my butt.

October 21st
My foot felt a little better, I took it easy at practice(s). We played soccer in gym, I didn't play as hard as I could to save my foot. At wrestling I was paired with a newer guy, so I beat him easily. I somehow tweaked my knee, and took it way easy at judo.

October 22nd
Absolutely nothing. Besides two vaults and a couple of rolls for a demo. I wanted to give both my foot and my knee a whole day of rest.

October 23rd
Went to open mat. Basically just messed around with judo and BJJ the whole time, obviously getting beat up Smiley My knee and foot felt much better, no pain whatsoever.

October 24th
It was raining this morning so mom wouldn't let me go to the team session. So I did a little lifting on my own:

10x2 height push-ups
15x2 squats- 25lbs
15x2 curls- 25 lbs
15x2 ball curls (weird exercise)
5 ball walk-outs (On the fifth one I knocked something over. Small space)
15x2 Russian twists- 10lbs
4 pull-ups from a dead hang
10 pseudo-planche push-ups
1min30 second planche
10 triangle push-ups
10 divebomber push-ups
5 pullups from a dead hang.

This wasn't really in any order, I just wrote it all down that way.

Thanks! Not in particular, no, but It'd be awesome if I could do a full planche. I've done longer than 1:30 though, Smiley

Huh? You said you did a planche longer than a minute and a half but also that you wish you could do a planche. Huh?

A full planche is just your arms. I do pseudo-planches.

Full planche:

I do that but my feet are on the ground, it strengthens your ab and back muscles.

Yes, I know what PPPU's are. Do you mean by "t'd be awesome if I could do a full planche" that you wish you could do full planche pushups?

Rebecca, your "pseudo planche" is actually called a plank by... pretty much everyone:) thats the confusion apparently.

Okay... I thought it was a misnomer with the language here, that's why I suggested Plank.

However, it appears I was incorrect.

Holding a full planche for a minute and a half,

FIGURE A

Is a superhuman feat that would take years to be able to complete, if it was possible at all in the first place.

Even a tuck planche for that length is VERY difficult to do. Hell, Olympic athletes at their prime can only hold full Planches for 10-20 seconds

If you still want to do it though, just know it'll be a massive long-term goal, and good luck.
