Huh? You said you did a planche longer than a minute and a half but also that you wish you could do a planche. A full planche is just your arms. I do pseudo-planches. Full planche: I do that but my feet are on the ground, it strengthens your ab and back muscles.

Yes, I know what PPPU's are. Do you mean by "t'd be awesome if I could do a full planche" that you wish you could do full planche pushups?

Okay... I thought it was a misnomer with the language here, that's why I suggested Plank. However, it appears I was incorrect. Holding a full planche for a minute and a half, FIGURE A Is a superhuman feat that would take years to be able to complete, if it was possible at all in the first place. Even a tuck planche for that length is VERY difficult to do. Hell, Olympic athletes at their prime can only hold full Planches for 10-20 secondsIf you still want to do it though, just know it'll be a massive long-term goal, and good luck.

October 25thWent to club practice for wrestling. Had a really good practice, me and my partner wrestled really hard. I got him with THE SICKEST throw, too . At the end we had our first real conditioning session to get ready for the season. Ouch. Koll crawls are not my friends. October 26thHad to make up a gym class, and we played soccer. Wrestling after school was cancelled, but I still had judo for 2 hours. October 27thDid some weight lifting in gym. I didn't do much else, because my arms and legs were absolutely dead.

October 28th Had my last Wednesday practice at my wrestling club. Total waste of a practice. I got paired with a kid who's 150, 12 years old, and has wrestled for like 3 weeks. Judo was better though, I got some good throw practice in.
October 29th Nothing. Notta. I had to go to the dentist, so I had to miss gym and wrestling.
October 30 Halloween at my school. Haha. I had a lot of fun hiding under tables. Waldo was found about 30 times. I went to open mat and goofed around a lot. I actually did pretty well grappling against my friend, though. October 31 Getting up at 5:30 AM sucks. Spent a good 3 hours on a bus on my way with my class to OSWEGATCHIE. Oh man it was such a good trip. That day we did a lot of low ropes activities that didn't involve much energy. We did take a couple hikes though.
November 1 2 hour kayaking trip. More low ropes. Including an obstacle course completely on ropes a foot off the ground, haha. A night hike. And SOCK WRESTLING. I went against the biggest guy in our class. Oh man that was fun. Oh, and a lot of dancing.
November 2 High ropes. First: The Giant Swing: The entire class pulls you up 50ft in the air. You pull a string and you're instantly flying out over the beautiful pond several stories in the air. Next: The Vertical Playpen: A series of obstacles straight up in the air. Only 2 1/2 groups made it up. Mine included. One guy even got up himself. Sooooo hard.
Not a lot of parkour training. Although we did run across a series of rickety stone tablets on the pond. Precisions for the win.
High ropes.

Getting up at 5:30 AM sucks. It certainly does. 0-hour at school I have to get up at 5:15, which is every week-day
