hey guys. Ummm well the day after i pk, my ankles and achilles (sp?) tendon ache like hell. They're stiff and its hard to walk on them. Anyone else have this? Anyone know what it could be? I strech (dynamic) every time before i go out and i dont do crazy-ass drops or anything...help?

Well you might be doing too much. I mean i practice 1-2 hours a day, but its not really, really hard. Plus i stretch, but you said you do that too so...

naw its not from that; i healed up from that a long time ago. this happens repeatedly. yeah its prolly too much stress or something. ill take it slower.
