Well its been going on since i started training(around 6 1/2 months ago). basically when my ankle bends(toes toward my shin) to a certain point.. which isnt that far up it sends a bad jolt into my ankle which causes it to hurt tremendously and i cannot walk on it for around a min or two then after that its fine till i do it again... it tends to happen when i land a flip not so smooth or block with my left foot. i played soccer for 6 years and rolled my ankle many times. i also took martial arts (capoeira and muay thai) for 7 years but didnt really start to do the "jolt" untill i started training in parkour. if anyone knows what it is or something that could help that would be greatly appreciated. i am starting to wear a support on my ankle and it seems to help. i just wanna know if its something i need to get checked out. i train 2-4 times a week and condition every other day.. and give my body enough rest if i feel any fatigue. i will post a picture pointing where it is at. if you need any more information let me know. and i will tell all i can.. thanks

This is totally a chiropractic thing, see a good chiro extremity sports specialist.

Agreed.

Though if you have accumulated a bone spur which is impinging on your ankle ROM then you may require more than this...
