So right now i can frontflip, backflip, and backflip 180 on a trampoline but i want to do it on regular ground. How should i learn to do frontflips and backflips on the ground without injuring myself and being safe so my parents are ok with it. Thanks.

I don't know maybe look at the thousands of flip threads (*hint* use the search function) ^ / / or you can try to help. ------ just go for it. there easy. just scary. if you can do a good one on a trampoline that means you know how to make the rotation. Try it in like sand, where its soft because it doesnt hurt if you crash so alot of fear goes away.

I don't know if you have one available for this, but I took a mattress out on my front lawn and learned front flips by jumping in front of it and landing on it

Well you could go to a gym or have someone spot you (for backflip) just so you get the movement down and then when you feel like you have it do it without the spotter
