City, State: Denver, Colorado
# years practicing Parkour / Freerunning: 2
Hours of training per week. (real, not what you'd like to do): 5 at the least
Other exercise / fitness experience: Season of track
Location where injury occurred: CU Boulder University Club
Conditions of location (wet, dark, icy, etc): Great conditions. Grass was a little slippery.
What you were doing / trying to do when injury occurred?: Step up to crane.
Where any other people involved?: Not really. Other people were trying it too I guess and I was being filmed, and there were a lot of traceurs around.
Part of body  - description of injury, rating of severity 1-10.: prob a 6, or 5
Did you see a doctor for diagnosis?: Yes
Did you get X-rays or MRI's?: Yes

Could you / how could you have avoided the injury?: Not gone for it, I was tired from 3 days of jamming.

I've had multiple sprains and rolled ankles from gymnastics and have had to do exercises and stretches for a long time to keep my ankles in good condition. I know what it's like and i'm sorry man!
