Squats (25) Wow, i started to break a sweat at 20.. i think my form is good now, my knees dont pop like they did..
Does it feel good? Are your heels flat on the ground, is your back straight, lumber curve kept, core tight, head forward, hips below parallel, and drive coming from your hips? Im trying to make more of a workout.. and should i put SS on my Christmas list this year?
Yes. Definitely yes. Umm id say i have around maybe.. 100 pounds each side? MAYBE, im not sure.
So two-hundred in total? That should be enough for a while. Getting SS and using those weights right will take you fairly far.

1. Sounds pretty good. maybe re-posting a vid of your fixed form? 3. I can only squat 245 and dead the same as my max right now. You'd make decent progress with them. trust me. IF YOU DO IT RIGHT THOUGH.

I see the emphasis on doing it right.. i think i might have to do it right for it to work haha, okay, i will definitely keep that in mind. Well, one of the other most important things in working-out would be rest i believe, so im going to go ahead and call it a day. Goodnight all

Very true. Remember that good rest and low stress make the best athletes. And goodnight.

11/19/09 Today! Lets see here.. Jump Roping for warm-up, about 2 minutes Some arm stretches Then! Tucked L-Sit (15 seconds) Small break Tucked L-Sit (15 seconds) Small break Tucked L-Sit (15 seconds) - This one killed on the arms Squats (30) -These are starting to feel good! Even though i almost start sweating from them! Push-Ups (25) -The last few of these KILLED. I feel so weak because of the reps i'm doing and how hard they seem to be... I tried some rolls on my carpet. It kind of angers me that they still aren't right after almost a year!! Im landing too hard on my shoulder! and when i don't, i hit my shoulder and my hip! Ugh I dont know why i have so many problems.. it could be my pectus.. What is a pectus? I actually have the rarer case.. Pectus Carinatum Thats about how mine looks like.. only maybe set a little higher up..Heres a picture..

my older brother has that problem too. However, I can't imagine how that can give you roll trouble. Do you use your elbow to soften your roll?

Story time! Yeah, years ago we had karate, and the instructor punched him in the chest (he was always complaining and that sh*t, everybody thought he was a wuss). So he got punched in that area, not full force, but it hurt him alot.
Okay, so where exactly do you hit your shoulder? Tip of it, or back where the meat is?

oooh. Yeah, that means you have to tweak it, so that the top is close to the ground, yet not touching it. Personally, I roll better with more forward momentum, like diving.

hehe, yeah, just like me. Well when you do it slow speed, you're gonna need your legs for a push, and that alone can disrupt everything.
