This post is to keep track of plans to go to CATS open gym. Whenever you are going to go or want to plan a meeting there, post here.
CATS open gym runs Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8pm-10pm. It costs $5 to attend.
I went twice this week and plan to start going once a week every week. There are a couple other CU guys (and sometimes a DU guy) who come with me. Hope to see some more of you there training.

Where is this? The only open gym I know of is the Aurora School of Gymnastics. Where's this CATS? Any information would be extremely appreciated!

I used to go there when I was around 8 with my breakdance group. I haven't gone in awhile, but I am much younger than all of you. And i'm not as strong as you probably should be to do this kind of stuff. Although I play hockey 4 days a week, so I do have some muscle . If I can I will try to go to CATS, I have always wanted to learn this kind of stuff anyway, and when I saw a video (some guys that were amazingly good at this) and then the article in the newspaper today, it has gotten me really interested. Unfortunately I live in the mountains, so there isn't a ton of resources for me to use. Anyway, I would like to get started on this stuff.. so any help or information on where or how or what to start with would be greatly appreciated.
